• First, unpack and remove all the packaging material from the printer

• Install the printer software and follow on-screen instructions
• When notified click on the "Network (Ethernet/Wireless)" connection type and then choose "Yes, send my wireless settings to the printer"
Note: It only works for Windows Vista (and newer) and Mac OS X 10.5 (and newer)
For this method both your printer and wireless router must support WPS push button mode
• Press the WPS push button on your printer
• Now within two minutes, you have to click the WPS push button on your router
Note: Your network must use WPA or WPA2 security
• First, select the ‘wireless network’ icon on the printer’s control panel
• Then go to settings>Wireless Setup Wizard and select your wireless network from the list
• Finally, WEP key or WPA passphrase and connect it to the network
Note: This method only works for printers with a touchscreen display
This process can be used for printers without a touchscreen display
• Follow the on-screen instructions for installation of software
• You have to connect and disconnect the USB cable temporarily when notified
• Sometimes the software network automatically finds the wireless network for you
